What's inside

The Mobility Organization and Transformation Survey can help you benchmark your mobility function's organization and management against that of your peers by providing an in-depth review of the services responsible for the mobile workforce management and information on how they are structured and operated. In addition to the overall report available here, custom cuts of the data are available to any participating company.

Report Highlights

  • More than one-third of respondents ranked “improving compliance activities” as a top 1 or 2 priority for 2019.
  • Aligning with the findings of Mercer’s 2019 Global Talent Trends Survey, almost 60% of respondents had “enhancing assignee experience” as one of their top four priorities for 2019.
  • More than half of respondents disagreed with the statement that the Global Mobility function is well-integrated with the overall talent management strategy and processes.
  • More than two in five respondents rated costs/metrics reporting and mastering compliance as very important competencies for a global mobility manager.
  • A majority of participants evaluated the level of their organizations’ digitization as poor or restricted. And more than half reported that they are eager to use the latest technology.
