Uncertain times call for robust leadership; supporting your employees is now more important than ever

What is Healthy Minds at Work?

Healthy Minds at Work is a unique, evidence-based approach to assessing and addressing mental well-being in the workplace, through the voice of your employees.

Today’s ever-evolving situation forces organizations to adapt to a ‘New Normal’. Understanding the workplace factors that affect employee well-being is now more critical than ever.  The assessment leverages the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) approach which is recognized by both the International Labour Organization and the World Health Organization.

Our Healthy Minds at Work program can help you mitigate issues in these observed trends:

1 in 3 managers feel overwhelmed with work stress1

64% of employees in Hong Kong found mental health affected their productivity at work2

Poor mental health could cause 300% increase in hospitalization likelihood for various diseases3

This program is open to all organizations with 100 or more employees, free of charge.
