In 2015, Mercer and The Conference Board came together to create a virtual platform to move the needle with regards to readiness around Workforce Analytics in Asia. Aptly titled, ‘Workforce Analytics Institute’ was envisioned as a membership-driven community to develop leading-edge intellectual capital that can accelerate the progress of Asian organizations on their data and analytics journey. Over the next two years, Mercer experts were engaged in undertaking research on the state of Workforce Analytics in Asia besides engaging with senior practitioners from across the region.
Along with The Conference Board and the member organizations from across Asia, we are proud to have undertaken deep research into Workforce Analytics and its applications in broader human capital dimensions such as that of labor productivity, in Asia.
