SESSION 1 - WELL-BEING JOURNEY WITH MERCER
In our first sharing session held on Thursday, 16 August 2018, Well-being Journey with Mercer we covered on why well-being matters and designing a holistic and data driven strategy. Dr. Jeremy Lim (MD, MPH), was our opening speaker sharing with us his insights on why well-being matters in the modern workforce with Asia in focus. Roshni Mahesh, Principal Consultant from Mercer Marsh Benefits, Asia Health Regional Consulting team, was our main speaker covering on the "hacks" to creating a well-being strategy and how to put it into practice.
