    Andy is a Principal with the Career business in Hong Kong. During his 15+ years of corporate HR and consulting experience, Andy has provided advice to leading local and multinational organizations across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Andy has worked extensively in the areas of Organization Effectiveness, HR Transformation, Talent Management and Employee Engagement He has also advised organizations on managing people and HR issues in during mergers and acquisitions. Andy has a MBA from with the University of Strathclyde and is currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree at the Heriot Watt University.

    Lewis Garrad
    Engagement Practice Leader, Growth Markets

    Lewis leads Mercer's employee engagement and research consulting practice for Growth Markets where he applies his training in organizational psychology and experience in the development of employee feedback and engagement programs to help HR and executives link them to organizational strategies and goals. Lewis is chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an Occupational Psychologist and he graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a First Class Honours BSc in Psychology and uCognitive Neuroscience.

    Asia Communication & Branding Leader

    Marla is a Principal within the Asia Health Consulting team based in the Singapore office, and is the Regional Communications and Branding Leader for Mercer Marsh Benefits. She works closely with her clients to customize communications and branding programs that enhance the employee experience of total rewards offerings and make them more impactful, more appreciated and more measurable. Marla has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
