Puneet Swani
Career Leader, International, Mercer
Puneet is a Partner and the leader of Mercer’s Career Business for International markets which includes Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa. During his 19 years of consulting experience, he has provided advice to leading local and multinational organizations across more than 25 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
Puneet has worked extensively in areas of talent management, rewards strategy design and benchmarking, variable pay design, broad-banding and job evaluation across industries. He has also advised organizations on HR audits, managing people issues in mergers and acquisitions, and compensation outsourcing.
Puneet is an experienced facilitator and instructional designer with a no. of years of experience delivering HR workshops and training to clients.
Prior to joining Mercer, he worked with another global consulting firm leading their broad based rewards practice for South East Asia. Puneet has also worked with ABN AMRO Bank in UAE where he was head of HR for ABN’s Consumer and Private Banking Business.
Pearly Siffel
Strategy and Geographic Expansion Leader, International, Mercer
Pearly Siffel is the Strategy and Geographic Expansion Leader for Mercer’s International Region. She leads Mercer’s geographic footprint expansion efforts - entry to growth cities and countries. She also plays an instrumental role in executing the region’s inorganic growth agenda to achieve accretive revenue through M&A, partnerships and new ventures. Pearly has a distinguished career at Mercer, having served over 14 years in Central Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and now the Growth Markets Region. She is part of the Growth Markets Region’s Leadership Team.
