    Marla Arnall, Asia Consulting Leader

    Marla joined Mercer in 2017 and leads the Asia Consulting Team, part of Mercer’s Multinational Client Group that provides leading employer consulting advice and services to employers across the region. Key focus areas include strategic health management, financial wellness, Diversity & Inclusion and communication & branding. Prior to this, Marla led the Communication & Branding practice for Mercer Marsh Benefits in Asia, helping employers to create great employee experiences through targeted communication and branding strategies.

    Before joining Mercer, Marla was the communications lead responsible for the launch of one of the VW Group portfolio companies in China and Russia and then became Head of Communications for Harley-Davidson APAC and EMEA, responsible for internal, corporate and network communication. She also has experience as the co-founder of a content marketing company and combines the lean and agile principles from the start-up world with the process-driven philosophy of large organizations to develop customer-led strategies that have an immediate impact. She brings 14 years of communications and branding experience from a number of international cities in Asia, Europe and North America.

    Marla has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

    Dr. Jonathan Cuevas, Strategic Health Management Leader

    Dr. Jonathan has 15+ years of management consulting experience in health insurance, health management, health assistance and health reinsurance. Jonathan has developed and redesigned heath products in the insurance market, He is currently leading all regional health management projects due to his comprehensive experience in the health administration field.

    Before joining Mercer-Marsh Benefits, he worked for a Reinsurance Company as Head of the Health Business, being responsible for developing the regional business and finding new opportunities in the Mexican and LATAM markets. He also led, as Health Country Manager, an insurance company in Mexico.

    Dr. Jonathan received his medical degree and MBA with a major in Health System Administration from UNAM.. He also held insurance and actuarial degree from ITAM, a medical audit degree and completed his Executive Management Program in IPADE.

    Dana Urmonas , Communications & Change Leader, Asia

    Based in the Singapore office, Dana leads the regional Communications & Change team at Mercer. Comprising of six consultants with more than 50 years of international communications, change management, marketing, advertising, branding and PR experience, the team is the only in-house communications and change practice of its kind in APAC.

    With more than 20 years’ experience, Dana develops marketing communication strategies for clients to enhance employee engagement and embrace change.

    Having worked for the Australian government and corporate organizations, Dana develops the communication plan according to the audience, taking a holistic view and will initially look at the overall objectives of a project before identifying new strategies, roadblocks and opportunities.

    Dana has extensive knowledge on the different requirements of clients in the region, and how to amend the client’s message to suit their target audience from when she previously managed a PR agency in Singapore servicing clients throughout SE Asia.

    Dana holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Adelaide University.
