    Dhruv Mehra is a Principal and Mercer’s Asia M&A Transaction Services Leader based in Singapore, covering the ASEAN, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India markets. He has more almost 15 years of consulting experience focused on human capital issues, and has worked on a broad range of assignments, including cross-border M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, harmonization of employee compensation and benefits, workforce integration and cultural integration. Dhruv has advised both private equity as well as corporate clients in the US and Asia on various types of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint-ventures. He has worked on more than 200 transactions covering various sectors, such as manufacturing, financial services, insurance, retail, auto, healthcare, media, IT/telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries

    Engagement Practice Leader, Growth Markets


    Lewis leads Mercer's employee engagement and research consulting practice for Growth Markets where he applies his training in organizational psychology and experience in the development of employee feedback and engagement programs to help HR and executives link them to organizational strategies and goals. Lewis is chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an Occupational Psychologist and he graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a First Class Honours BSc in Psychology and uCognitive Neuroscience.



    Bhavana Chauhan
    Principal and Client Manager


    Bhavana Chauhan is a Principal and a Client Manager for Mercer’s Multinational Client Group. She brings with her close to 15 years of experience across the APAC region, a significant portion of which has been in regional roles working with multi-cultural global & regional teams, collaborating with leadership teams across emerging markets – Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East & Africa. Bhavana has extensive experience in the HR transformation  arena with a mandate to make HR more powerful and relevant to the business through the use of data and technology. Her consulting experience spans across HR strategy & service delivery model including M&A, Shared Services design and implementation, Organization design and effectiveness, HR transformation, Benefits management, Change management as well as workforce analytics and strategic workforce planning.Prior to joining Mercer, Bhavana gained industry experience in her positions as an HR Operations Director and Head of Recruitment for Asia at an IT organization and as an HR Business Partner for a pharmaceutical organization. Before taking on her corporate HR roles, Bhavana had spent 6 years with the Human Capital team at Deloitte Consulting in Singapore.
